All cottages have a two night minimum. Winter months require one week.

All rates are quoted for Double Occupancy. Holidays may have an additional charge. All rates subject to 11% state and local tax.
A deposit of one nights stay or 25%, whichever is greater is required for all reservations. Balance is due on arrival.
Cancellation notice from Dec. 1 to May 1 (including all holidays thru the year) is required 45 days prior to check in and will result in a $45.00 processing fee if that occurs. A cancellation within 45 days of check-in results in forfeiture of the deposit if the accommodation cannot be re-booked for the full term of your reservation. Cancellation notice from May 1 to Dec. 1 require 7 day notice. There are no refunds for early departures.
